CBRE announces today the sale of 81,298 square feet of the Westcliff Tower office building located at 6900 Westcliff Drive, Las Vegas, NV 89145. Charles Moore, CSM, Marlene Fujita Winkel, CCIM and M. Laura Hart of CBRE’s Las Vegas office represented the seller, Westcore Properties, in the $18,250,000 transaction. The buyer, Westcliff Properties, LLC, did not have broker representation.
The property, situated just off of Rainbow Boulevard near the US95 and Summerlin Parkway interchange, enjoys immediate access to the freeway. According to Fujita Winkel, during their ownership, the seller enhanced the property, spending more than $1.5 million on common area and building systems improvements. Currently, the building is fifty percent leased by Bank of America whose signage cannot be missed when driving along the heavily traveled US95. Tenants have long found this property to be attractive given its proximity to the court systems downtown, which are within a ten minute drive.
