Las Vegas – Oct. 3, 2022 – CBRE has announced that Dan Palmeri, SIOR, Paula Lea, CCIM, and Mike Zaher have joined the firm’s Las Vegas office as Senior Vice President, Vice President and Associate, respectively. At CBRE, they will focus on assisting companies and business owners with their commercial real estate office leasing and transaction strategies throughout the Southern Nevada region. The team brings over 40 years of combined experience, over $1 billion in transactional value and over 12 million square feet of leased and sold properties to CBRE.

Mr. Palmeri began his career in commercial real estate in 2006. He was a Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield prior to joining CBRE, where he assisted corporate clients with tenant representation and business owners with the formulation and implementation of effective leasing and sales strategies. Since he began his career in commercial real estate, Mr. Palmeri has been responsible for the leasing of more than 7 million square feet of office space across Nevada. Mr. Palmeri is actively involved in the SIOR Southern Nevada Chapter and sits on the board of After-School All-Stars Las Vegas chapter.
Prior to joining CBRE, Ms. Lea was a Director at Cushman & Wakefield, where she assisted corporate clients with tenant representation, lease renewals, acquisitions and corporate solutions. Ms. Lea has been responsible for the leasing of more than 5 million square feet of office space across Nevada. Ms. Lea holds a certificate in commercial real estate from CCIM Institute and brings more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience to CBRE.
Mr. Zaher comes to CBRE from Cushman & Wakefield, where as an Associate, he worked with Mr. Palmeri and Ms. Lea on tenant representation and specialized in research and business development. Prior to his career in commercial real estate, Mr. Zaher was a professional Major League Soccer player for five years. Mr. Zaher holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of California, Los Angeles.
