L. Rose LLC bought the 8-year-old, 28,710-square-foot Cheyenne West Corporate Center, on 1.6 acres, at 2750 W. Brooks Ave. in North Las Vegas for $750,000, or $26 per square foot, from Dawn-G-Helios LLC. Gatski Commercial’s Rob Lujan and Jason Simon represented the seller.
