Sunset Road in Las Vegas for $1.8 million, or $111 per square foot, from Prestige Properties Nevada LLC. The Equity Group’s Brendan Keating and Adam Malan represented the buyer; Real Capital Corp.’s Chris Johnson represented the seller.
