Mike Mixer, executive managing director of Colliers International – Las Vegas, announced today that Chris Connell has achieved the vice president title.
Connell has been with Colliers International since 2011. His primary discipline is the sale and leasing of office and retail product types for both landlords and tenants alike. Since joining Colliers, Connell has been responsible for relocating more than 100 firms and has successfully closed more than 250 transactions totaling roughly 1 million square feet of space and more than $50 million in sales. “Chris is completely deserving of this promotion,” Mixer said. “Time and again he has proven to be a great asset. His expertise in the local office and retail markets and his dedication to superior client service has made him an extremely valuable member of our team.”
Prior to joining Colliers International, Connell spent five years at the Sperry Van Ness – Las Vegas commercial real estate offices, where he served as director of Leasing Services. Connell arrived in Las Vegas in the fall of 1990, after earning his bachelor’s degree in business administration from St. Joseph’s College.
