Mike Mixer, executive managing director of Colliers International – Las Vegas, announced today the company has hired Chris Clifford, Steve Neiger and Brett Rather to the retail division.
Chris Clifford, Vice President, brings more than eleven years of experience in commercial real estate. Chris has facilitated more than $250,000,000.00 in transactions over the course of his career and specializes in the expansion of large retail concepts throughout the state of Nevada. Chris’ clients include Five Guys Burgers and Fries, Mattress Firm and Old Chicago.
Steve Neiger, Associate Vice President, has more than ten years of local retail market experience. Steve is experienced with all aspects of retail brokerage including: investment sales and leasing, special user representation, and property development. His clients include Nevada’s largest commercial property owner, Harsch Investment Properties, DriveTime and Firehouse Subs. Steve is pursuing a CCIM designation and was honored to receive an award from NAIOP Southern Nevada for Developing Leader of the Year.
Brett Rather, Senior Associate, specializes in tenant representation, landlord representation and leasing. He is an expert in the Las Vegas market and is a rare Las Vegas native. He is an active member of NAIOP Southern Nevada and is a part of NAIOP’s Developing Leaders Institute, Class of 2016. Brett holds a Bachelors of Arts in Communication Studies from the University of Nevada Las Vegas.
