LAS VEGAS (Dec. 15, 2020) – Colliers International | Las Vegas announced Patti Dillon, SIOR received the prestigious 2020 Broker of the Year award from the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) of Southern Nevada.
Dillon, who is Senior Vice President within the office division, continues to broker successful transactions on behalf of her clients while championing several philanthropic endeavors that benefit several Southern Nevada charities.
With more than 26 years of experience, Dillon has successfully secured millions of square feet being leased or sold for a notable client list. Since she and her partner Taber Thill joined forces in 2014, they have been leaders in the Las Vegas real estate market completing more than $650 million in lease and sales transactions.
In addition to her involvement in SIOR and NAIOP, Dillon is also a board member of the Links for Life Foundation, a nonprofit charitable organization dedicated to raising and distributing funds for disadvantaged children in Southern Nevada.
