LAS VEGAS (March 16, 2021) – Colliers Las Vegas announced Amber McDaniel, CPM Candidate as its newest property manager within the Real Estate Management Services.
McDaniel provides more than 10 years of experience in the Las Vegas commercial real estate market where she has serviced a wide variety of clients, including AEW Capital Management, LP, BARINGS, MIG Real Estate, CW Capital, Nicola Wealth and Omninet Capital. Her property management background includes extensive experience in retail portfolios, as well as office and industrial properties.
A resident of Las Vegas since 2005, McDaniel dedicates her personal time to several valley charities including The Salvation Army’s SEEDS of Hope program and That Others May Live Foundation, a charity that benefits the United States Air Force.
Prior to joining Colliers Las Vegas, McDaniel worked for several real estate firms including Gatski Commercial Real Estate, EJM Development and Vestar.
