LAS VEGAS, NEVADA (June 3, 2015) — Cushman & Wakefield | Commerce announced today its acquisition of a one million sq. ft. managed portfolio from Integris Realty Services LLC. The portfolio includes management contracts for retail, office and industrial assets in Las Vegas, Nevada. Joining CWC as part of the acquisition will be Integris Realty Services’ founder David Jewkes and Regional VP Stacy Blattner, RPA.

Jewkes started the business in 2010 after leading the property management business of Commerce TNP from 2007-2010. In 2010, Cushman & Wakefield | Commerce sold that business to Thompson National Properties. Jewkes has more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience in both the management and transaction business lines. Blattner-Altergott currently manages the one million sq. ft. portfolio.

Jewkes will work to reenergize the company’s property management business in Las Vegas. “I look forward to helping CWC rebuild its presence here in Las Vegas,” he said. “I also am excited to become reunited with the top-notch Cushman & Wakefield | Commerce brokers who can offer a broader mix of services to our management clients.”

The portfolio is comprised of 50 percent retail assets, including the prominent 65,000 sq. ft. Premium Outlet Annex center on the south end of the Las Vegas strip. The remaining 50 percent of the portfolio is split between office and industrial assets. The assets are owned by a mix of local and regional investors.

“The new partnership will support our goals to offer clients more services in more locations,” said Jeff Eaton, president of Cushman & Wakefield | Commerce and its sister company Cushman & Wakefield | NorthMarq, which is based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. “We are pleased to welcome David and Stacy to the company as we work to grow our business in Nevada.”

Cushman & Wakefield | Commerce was acquired by NorthMarq Companies in 2013 and operates as Cushman & Wakefield’s operation in Nevada, Utah, Washington and Idaho. NorthMarq Companies also owns NorthMarq Capital and is privately held by the Pohlad Companies.

“The stable ownership platform that comes from Commerce’s parent company NorthMarq Companies was a driving force in this decision as well as the support that offers to our clients and my team,” said Jewkes.

“David has maintained many solid relationships with our Las Vegas brokers, which will allow us to hit the ground running as we rebuild the property management business in Nevada,” said Lisa Dongoske, executive vice president – Occupier and Investor Services.
