D.R. Horton Inc. bought 20 acres of vacant land at the southwest corner of Durango Drive and West Patrick Lane in Las Vegas for $7.2 million, or $360,000 per acre, from Azure 10 Investments and Allen-Milan Investments. Colliers International’s Robert Torres and Scott Gragson represented the seller.
