KB Homes bought 40 acres of vacant land at the southeast corner of West Hacienda Avenue and South Fort Apache Road in Las Vegas for $17,509,800, or $437,725 per acre, from Hacienda 50 LLC. Colliers International’s Michael Stuart represented the buyer; Colliers International’s Robert Torres and Scott Gragson represented the seller.
