Hall Equities Group bought the 11-year-old, 396-unit Emerald Suites South, on 7.75 acres, at 9145 S. Las Vegas Blvd. for $18.5 million, or $46,717 per unit, from Bank of America. Cushman & Wakefield/Commerce’s Geoffrey West represented the seller. The 199,700-square-foot property consists of 10 three-story buildings.
