Royal Crest Investors LLC bought the 48-year-old, 8-unit Royal Crest Apartments, on 0.22 acres, at 3831-3841 Royal Crest Circle in Las Vegas for $350,000, or $43,750 per unit, from Trident Pacific Real Estate Group, which was the court appointed receiver. Cushman & Wakefield-Commerce’s Neil Sorkin represented the seller.
