Gatski Commercial proudly announces that Thomas P. Wagener, CCIM, has joined Gatski Commercial as Senior Vice President of Industrial Services. Tom comes to Las Vegas as a 30-year, industrial real estate veteran from one of the largest distribution channels in the U.S, Chicago, IL.
During his career Tom has successfully completed over 1,500 transactions valued at over $1.5 Billion. Tom has been one of the top producers in the Chicago industrial market every year since 1993. Tom is proficient in heavy industrial, manufacturing, bulk distribution uses, light industrial, and bottling plants. Mr. Wagener has also been awarded Top Producer for Industrial at the Trammel Crow Company.
Mr. Wagener also holds a Certified Commercial Investment Member Designation. His knowledge of property types, sales, leasing, and financing make him a uniquely qualified and dedicated industrial broker.
