Harsch Investment Properties’ fourth annual football-themed broker event took place on Thursday, Dec. 6, inside Miller’s Ale House at Town Square, 6683 S. Las Vegas Blvd. The gathering drew a record-sized crowd with 150 brokers in attendance. There was $10,000 in cash gifts given away; winners include: Jeff Griffis, Amy Ogden/Laura Hart, David Evenhouse, Jeff Satterlee, and Wendy Merill. CB Richard Ellis’s Greg Tassi won the $2,500 grand prize. Harsch has completed 1.2 million square feet of new lease transactions in 2012; the company is currently on track to payout $1
