The Southern Nevada Home Builders Association (SNHBA) recently named its 2013 officers and board directors. Lee “Rocky” Cochran of Pardee Homes, is president of the 270-member trade group; Robert V. McGibney of KB Home is 1st vice president; and James Gomez of Richmond American Homes is 2nd vice president. Diana Bossard of B2 Development Services continues as the home builder association’s treasurer; and Tony Stipanov of Southwest Gas Corp., continues as secretary in 2013. Builder members on the board of directors are: Mark Bivins, Inspiration Homes; Don Boettcher, Dunhill Homes; Clinton M. Cox, Meritage Homes; James Gomez, Richmond American Homes; David S.
