Kevin J. Higgins and Garrett Toft, who most recently headed the Higgins and Toft team at Voit Real Estate Services, have joined CBRE Las Vegas, along with four professionals from their team.
Higgins is a former executive vice president at Voit with more than 30 years commercial real estate experience in Las Vegas; he was Voit’s #1 broker 11 of 12 years; and was a member of the brokerage team of the year as named by National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) eight of the past 14 years. Toft is a former senior vice president at Voit with more than 10 years commercial real estate experience with an emphasis on investment sales/underwriting. Both Higgins and Toft earned the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) designation and are both active in that organization as well as NAIOP. Joining Higgins and Toft at CBRE Las Vegas are three former Voit associates: Zac Zaher, Sean Zaher and Jake Higgins; along with Brittany Kemer, marketing assistant.
In addition, James Griffis a former senior advisor to the industrial practice at MDL has joined CBRE as senior associate to the firm’s industrial sales and leasing team.
