Howard Hughes Corp. named Elle Gaensslen sales and marketing manager for Summerlin. She will serve as broker-of-record for the 22,500-acre mixed-use master-planned community in the south and southwest Las Vegas valley. Duties include developing and implementing uniform pricing strategies for each custom neighborhood and market segment. Gaensslen previously worked for Coldwell Banker Premier Realty.
