The Miller Trust bought a 12-year-old, 2,956-square-foot Jack-in-the-Box, on 0.52 acres, at 4040 S. Rainbow Blvd. in Las Vegas $2.4 million, or $812 per square foot, from the Phillip Cohen Estate Trust. Virtus Commercial’s Chris Emanuel represented the seller. Jack-in-the-Box has 79 months remaining on $5.23-per-square-foot triple net lease to occupy the standalone building and land.
