Lexington Craig LLC bought a 15-year-old, 2,590-square-foot Jack-in-the-Box, on 0.56 acres, at 3821 East Craig Road in North Las Vegas $1.75 million, or $676 per square foot, from the Phillip Cohen Estate Trust. Virtus Commercial’s Chris Emanuel represented the seller. Jack-in-the-Box has 70 months remaining on a $4.23 per square foot triple net lease for the standalone building and land.
