Jason Griffis has joined Cushman&Wakefield/Commerce as Director in the industrial division, C&W/Commerce is the premier Alliance member of Cushman & Wakefield’s global platform, representing its commercial real estate clients throughout Nevada, the Intermountain West, and Pacific Northwest. Griffis is a highly knowledgeable, motivated sales and leasing professional, with eleven years’ experience in Las Vegas’ commercial real estate market. His extensive local knowledge and expertise connects him with a network of strong, local and regional clients and industry partners – a result of his commitment to superior service and integrity. He began his industrial real estate career with Griffis Realty Investments in 2004, and later joined Harsch Investment Properties, where he represented over three million square feet of leasable space for Southern Nevada’s largest industrial landlord/developer.
Jason has excelled in all phases of industrial real estate, including buyer and seller representation, building and investment sales, tenant improvements, and financial analysis. Through his numerous transactions, he has developed a keen understanding of the industrial submarkets within the Las Vegas Valley.
