Grubb & Ellis Las Vegas Managing Director Joe Kupiec has left to launch a local office of Avison Young, Canada’s largest independently-owned commercial real estate services company. Kupiec will serve as principal and managing director of the company’s brokerage business in Nevada. It marks Avison Young’s ninth location outside of Canada. The company opened its first Western U.S. office in August in Los Angeles. Avison Young’s new Las Vegas office will be located inside the Hughes Center at 3753 Howard Hughes Parkway, Suite 200.
