Mr. Smith brings extensive knowledge to our firm, having been a trusted advisor to several local and global hospitality and gaming clients during his career. In addition, he has significant experience in bridging the commercial real estate knowhow of buyer/tenant representation, development, and financial modeling of most commercial real estate property types, to his hospitality clients.
Prior to joining Sun Commercial, Mr. Smith held positions at Colliers International, CBRE, Western Capital Partners, and Hospitality Advisors.
