The Korte Co. recently completed a $1.2 million, 17,100-square-footrenovation of CB Richard Ellis’ Las Vegas office inside Hughes Center at 3993 Howard Hughes Parkway, Suite 700. Gensler was the architect. The 3-month makeover created a more open, sustainable environment that is LEED Gold certified by the U.S. Green Building Council.
