Solutions Recovery bought the 22-year-old, 38,784-square-foot RainbowOasisCenter, on 2.96 acres, at 2975 S. Rainbow Boulevard in Las Vegas for $1.85 million, or $48 per square foot, from 2010-1 CRE NV-Office LLC. CB Richard Ellis’ Charles Moore, Michael Newman and Marlene Fujita Winkel represented the seller. The single-story office complex was 56% leased at the time of sale.
