Land availability has been a major topic of concern and discussion in recent years, as Southern Nevada has become increasingly land-constrained. With limited infill options and lack of utility infrastructure servicing the outer reaches of the valley, many developers are left wondering “what’s next?” This program highlights three developers representing different case studies and active developments in process in the outer submarkets of Southern Nevada, including Apex, Jean, Sloan and El Dorado Valley. Panelists will discuss the story behind these projects, project challenges, and the considerations, realities and the creative approach to make these developments come to fruition.
