Matter Logistics Center @ West Cheyenne Fully Leased by Doherty Industrial Group

LAS VEGAS (May 10, 2021) – Doherty Industrial Group with Colliers Las Vegas announced it has fully leased the 727,926-square-foot Matter Logistics Center @ West Cheyenne only months after completion of the industrial development.

Doherty Industrial Group began securing tenants for the project while still under construction, ultimately fully leasing the project in under six months after completion.

“The project was extremely well designed and constructed and delivered during one of the most active real estate cycles in Las Vegas history. These factors as well as working with the great team at Matter Real Estate Group made it possible to stabilize the project in such a compressed timeframe,” said Jerry Doty, SIOR, vice president at Colliers Las Vegas.

Matter Logistics Center @ West Cheyenne is a five-building master planned development totaling 727,926 square feet located near Cheyenne Avenue and Allen Lane. With both mid-bay industrial and warehouse/distribution product, the project was able to attract both regional and local tenants with a variety of uses including third party logistics, e-commerce distribution, automotive and construction supplies, consumer products and more.

Doherty Industrial Group has secured a total of $494 million in transactions resulting in 12.2 million square feet of secured industrial property and a total of 161 transactions in 2020.
