Pardee Homes of Nevada bought 6.5 acres of vacant land at the southwest corner of Patrick Lane and Quarterhorse Lane in Las Vegas for $2.6 million, or $400,000-per-acre, from Russell Beltway LLC. Colliers International’s Robert Torres and Scott Gragson represented the seller.
