LAS VEGAS, August 6, 2019 – Cushman & Wakefield today announced that Petra Latch (MAI), along with Erica L. Smith, and Jimmy Schuster, has joined the firm’s Las Vegas office. Latch, who joins as Executive Director, previously owned the Criterion Group and has been actively appraising and consulting on commercial real estate since 1999.

Latch has expertise in appraisal and related services for residential subdivisions, commercial and industrial real estate for acquisition and development. In addition, Latch is active in the industry, serving in various positions with the Appraisal Institute and real estate industry boards. She has taught the real estate valuation course at the University of Las Vegas Nevada Lee School of Business and is committed to education within the real estate sector.

Smith is a Certified General Appraiser in the State of Nevada and joins Cushman & Wakefield as an Associate Director. She joined the Criterion Group in 2011 and has been an appraiser since 2007. Smith is currently a candidate for the Appraisal Institute MAI designation. She graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 2004 with a BS in Business Administration, Real Estate.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield as a financial analyst, Schuster worked with the Criterion team for 15 years. With a background in Information Technology, Schuster is a critical support in this complex business.
