PulteGroup, Inc. (NYSE: PHM) has named Ryan Breen as president for PulteGroup’s Las Vegas Division. The homebuilder operates under its Pulte Homes, Del Webb and Centex brands in the greater area.
“Ryan is very familiar with the Las Vegas market and is poised to lead the local team in growing our operations,” said John Chadwick, Southwest Area President for the company. “This once-battered housing market is showing solid signs of strength and we are looking forward to introducing more new communities this year and beyond.”
Breen started his homebuilding career with Centex in Denver in 2003, where he served as director of finance. He relocated to Las Vegas to lead company operations as division manager, and in 2009 became vice president responsible for land acquisition, entitlement and development.
In 2011, the company combined its Las Vegas and Southern California divisions in response to market conditions. Responding to strong market conditions and future growth plans in both markets, Breen was named president of a stand-alone Las Vegas market.
