of the following transactions:

 

The Sale of an Industrial Building was completed on June 26, 2019. The 37,500 square foot

property is located at 6575 S. Hinson Street, Las Vegas, NV 89118. The total value of the

transaction was $7,000,000.00. Cathy Jones, CPA, SIOR, CCIM, Paul Miachika, Taylor

Vasquez, and Dylan Heroy of Sun Commercial Real Estate, Inc. represented the Seller, CPI Five,

LLC and Colliers International represented the Buyer, TLM Holdings, LLC.

 

The Lease with Identity Brand Group, LLC was completed on June 1, 2019. The 6,622 square

foot industrial space is located at 5025 Schuster Street, Las Vegas, NV 89118. The total value of

the transaction was $184,277.64. Lisa Hauger and Timothy Erickson of Sun Commercial Real

Estate, Inc. represented the Landlord, Black Metallic Holdings, LLC and Keller Williams

Commercial represented the Tenant, Identity Brand Group, LLC.

 

The Lease with 24-7 Internet, LLC was completed on July 1, 2019. The 5,043 square foot

industrial space is located at 407-409 Max Court, Henderson, NV 89011. The total value of the

transaction was $171,361.14. Lisa Hauger and Timothy Erickson of Sun Commercial Real

Estate, Inc. represented the Landlord, RSA Avanti Max LLC and Simply Vegas Real Estate

represented the Tenant, 24-7 Internet, LLC.

 

The Lease with Opteo Health was completed on June 15, 2019. The 1,854 square foot office

space is located at 7881 W. Charleston Boulevard, Suite 230, Las Vegas, NV 89117. The total

value of the transaction was $127,213.92. Paul Chaffee and Wil Chaffee of Sun Commercial

Real Estate, Inc. represented the Landlord, Howe Family L.P.

 

The Lease with Sweet Popp Shopp, LLC was completed on June 7, 2019. The 1,190 SF Retail

space is located at 6010 W. Craig Road, Suite 120, Las Vegas, NV 89130. The total value of the

transaction was $88,717.46. Eric Rogosch and Jason Park of Sun Commercial Real Estate, Inc.

represented the Landlord, LVAMJT Living Trust and Ofir Ben-Moshe of Sun Commercial Real

Estate, Inc. represented the Tenant, Sweet Popp Shopp, LLC.

 

The Lease with Silver State Community and Health Services LLC was completed on June 11,

2019. The 1,868 SF office space is located at 2455 Cheyenne Avenue, Suite 100, North Las

Vegas, NV 89032. The total value of the transaction was $63,138.40. Michael Brazill and

Edward Bassford of Sun Commercial Real Estate, Inc. represented the Landlord, Tishbi, Inc. and

Addicted Realty LLC represented the Tenant, Silver State Community and Health Services,

LLC.

 

The Lease with Passion Beauty Salon was completed on June 1, 2019. The 1,200 SF retail space

is located at 871 N. Nellis Boulevard, Suite 3, Las Vegas, NV 89110. The total value of the

represented the Landlord, Friendly Bear Plaza and Urban Nest Realty represented the Tenant,
