MCA Donovan Way LLC bought an 8-year-old, 20,330-square-foot industrial building, on 1.07 acres, at 4560 Donovan Way in North Las Vegas for $540,000, or $26 per square foot, from Second Step Management Co. Colliers International’s Dan Doherty and Chris Lane represented the buyer and seller.
