Jannah LLC bought 28,314 square feet of land at the southeast corner of Agate Avenue and S. Las Vegas Boulevard in Las Vegas for $230,000, or $8 per square foot, from Clark County Credit Union. Universal Realty’s Scott Beaudry represented the buyer; Colliers International’s Grant Traub represented the seller.
