Tapia Brothers bought the 6-year-old, 20,426-square-foot Schwan’s frozen distribution warehouse, on 5.24 acres, at 1035 W. Cheyenne Ave. in North Las Vegas for $2.35 million, or $115 per square foot, from Schwan’s Home Food Service. CB Richard Ellis’ Greg Tassi represented both the seller and buyer. Schwan’s will continue to rent the space through year’s end.
