SHFL Properties bought two parcels of vacant land totaling 9.74 acres near the intersection of West Sunset Road and Jones Boulevard in Las Vegas for $2,236,696 or $229,640 per acre, from Sunset VI LLC and Sunset II LLC. CB Richard Ellis’ Greg Tassi, Donna Alderson and Brad Peterson represented the buyer.
