The Southern Nevada Home Builders Association has named Nathaniel W. “Nat” Hodgson III as its new executive director. He will begin July 1. Hodgson replaces Irene Porter who is retiring after more than 35 years as association executive director. Hodgson is the owner of Green Serenity Homes LLC; he has been active in the association since 1998 while serving as an executive with Pulte Homes.
