TYY Consulting bought a 5-year-old, 6,947-square-foot flex industrial building inside H Biz Center at 1887 Whitney Mesa Drive in Henderson for $352,000, or $52 per square foot, from City National Bank. New Growth Commercial’s Bridget Richards represented the buyer; Colliers International’s Daniel Doherty, Spencer Pinter and Chris Lane represented the seller. It marks the last of 10 buildings sold inside the complex.
