Samuel Rudd is the Vice President of Operations at Sun Commercial Real Estate and brings over 20 years operations management experience that is vast and diverse. This includes commercial real estate lending and portfolio management, small business portfolio management, risk analysis, asset recovery, and contract review. One of his strengths is improving processes and utilizing technology to create efficiencies. Sam has led several teams and has helped each team member reach and surpass their goals through coaching, creating incentive opportunities and enhancing technologies to remove roadblocks that can hinder success. Sam also has extensive experience in coaching, mentoring, and training as well as public speaking. Sam has a true dedication to customer service. Alexandria Malone has been promoted to an Associate. She joined Sun Commercial Real Estate in 2019 as a Transaction Coordinator on the Investment Services Group (ISG). Alexandria brings with her experience in marketing, client management, and business development. She has a passion for her serving her native Las Vegas community and sits on the Town Advisory Board for the Sunrise Manor township, giving her exposure to zoning issues and development trends in east Las Vegas and the valley as a whole.
