LAS VEGAS (March 16, 2020) —Sun Commercial Real Estate Inc. announced today the closing of the following transactions:

The Sale of McFarlane Medical Center was completed on February 21, 2020. The 39,279 square foot office building is located at 8352 W. Warm Springs Road, Las Vegas, NV 89113. The total value of the transaction was $10,403,000.00.  Lisa Hauger and Timothy Erickson of Sun Commercial Real Estate, Inc. represented the Seller, Capovilla Management, LLC.

The Sale of a Retail Center was completed on March 6, 2020. The 28,129 square foot retail building is located at 1820 E. Lake Mead Boulevard, North Las Vegas, NV 89030. The total value of the transaction was $3,550,000.00.  Roy Fritz, CCIM and Dylan Heroy of Sun Commercial Real Estate, Inc. represented the Seller, Passco Management Services, LP.

The Sale of a Multi-family building was completed on February 19, 2020.  The 4,704 square foot property is located at 221 W. New York Avenue, Las Vegas, NV 89102. The total value of the transaction was $940,000.00. Eric Rogosch and Jason Park of Sun Commercial Real Estate, Inc. represented the Seller, CTW Group Series, LLC.

The Sale of APN 002-24-212-003 was completed on March 4, 2020.  The 11.38 Acre parcel is located at 575 Commerce Circle, Mesquite, NV 89027. The total value of the transaction was $550,000.00. Lisa Hauger and Timothy Erickson of Sun Commercial Real Estate, Inc. represented the Seller, REV Recreational Group, Inc.

The Lease with HELLO! Las Vegas Destination Management Inc. was completed on January 9, 2020. The 5,217 square foot industrial space is located at 680 Pilot Road, Suite D, Las Vegas NV 89119. The total value of the transaction was $496,104.00. Cathy Jones, CPA, SIOR, CCIM, Paul Miachika, and Michael Hsu of Sun Commercial Real Estate, Inc. represented the Tenant.

The Lease with E&A Family 2018 Corp. was completed on February 27, 2020. The 1,000 square foot retail space is located at 1820 E. Lake Mead Boulevard, Suite B, North Las Vegas NV 89030. The total value of the transaction was $275,160.00. Eric Rogosch and Jason Park of Sun Commercial Real Estate, Inc. represented the Landlord, Assisting Seniors Coast to Coast LLC.

The Lease with Sunrise Engineering, Inc. was completed on January 27, 2020. The 9,448 square foot office space is located at 5135 Camino al Norte, Suite 110, 160, 170, North Las Vegas NV 89130. The total value of the transaction was $451,183.68. Pete Janemark, CCIM of Sun Commercial Real Estate, Inc. represented the Landlord, KFRE Camino, LLC.

The Lease with Sinkov Spine Center was completed on February 10, 2020. The 2,268 square foot office space is located at 1627 E. Windmill Lane, Suite 100, Las Vegas NV 89123. The total value of the transaction was $231,336.00. Linda Gonzales of Sun Commercial Real Estate, Inc. represented the Landlord, Haikal Exemption Trust. 

The Lease with Michael Tanner MD PLLC was completed on March 9, 2020. The 1,927 square foot office space is located at 8170 W. Sahara Avenue, Suite 202-203, Las Vegas NV 89117. The total value of the transaction was $145,632.00. Michael Brazill and Edward Bassford of Sun Commercial Real Estate, Inc. represented the Landlord, Manpower Professional Center LLC. 

The Lease with Treat Yourself, Inc. was completed on February 15, 2020. The 3,000 SF industrial space is located at 4224 Arcata Way, Suite G, North Las Vegas, NV 89030. The total value of the transaction was $135,000.00. Lisa Hauger and Timothy Erickson of Sun Commercial Real Estate, Inc. represented the Landlord, Scott M Cooley 1997 Separate Property Trust.

The Lease with All Risk, LLC was completed on February 1, 2020. The 1,600 SF office space is located at 4325 N. Rancho Drive, Suite 170, Las Vegas, NV 89130. The total value of the transaction was $62,272.00. Lisa Hauger and Timothy Erickson of Sun Commercial Real Estate, Inc. represented the Landlord, Cambridge Security Services, Inc.

The Lease with Balkan Auto Body & Collision, LLC was completed on January 20, 2020. The 1,760 square foot industrial space is located at 3855 S. Valley View Boulevard, Suite 32 & 33, Las Vegas NV 89103. The total value of the transaction was $60,456.00. Linda Gonzales of Sun Commercial Real Estate, Inc. represented the Landlord, Spring Oaks Business Center. 

 The Lease with Ogifi Behavioral Health Services, Inc. was completed on February 3, 2020. The 1,895 square foot office space is located at 3450 Cheyenne Avenue, Suite 300, North Las Vegas NV 89032. The total value of the transaction was $58,338.27. Michael Brazill and Edward Bassford of Sun Commercial Real Estate, Inc. represented the Tenant.
