Taylor International Corp. bought a 6-year-old, 6,804-square-foot office building, on 0.72 acres, inside The Park at Spanish Ridge at 8804 Spanish Ridge Ave. in Las Vegas for $612,360, or $90 per square foot, from CML-NV SR LLC. The Equity Group’s Chris Clifford represented the buyer; Colliers International’s Tom Stilley, Lizz Stilley, Ryan Martin, and Patti Dillon represented the seller.
