HJC Properties LLC bought the 10-year-old, 20,000-square-foot Wright Engineers building, on 1.98 acres, inside the Las Vegas Technology Center at 7425 Peak Drive in Las Vegas for $3,040,000, or $152 per square foot, from Smoke Ranch Fire Mesa LLC. Colliers International’s Tom Stilley, Lizz Stilley, Ryan Martin and Patti Dillon represented the buyer; CB Richard Ellis’ Randy Broadhead represented the seller. Wright Engineers has since moved to 1635 Village Center Circle, Suite 200, in Summerlin.
