Wil Chaffee and Paul Chaffee joined the Sun Commercial team as Senior Vice Presidents of the Office Division. The two agents bring more than 14 years of commercial real estate experience and involvement in transactions spanning retail, office, tavern, and restaurant properties; with Wil concentrating his efforts on the distressed asset market.
Both of the Chaffee’s have been recognized as “Top 100” producers by a National Brokerage Firm and were consistently ranked in the firm’s top 10% of agents. They bring to Sun a wealth of local market knowledge and dedication to fulfilling a client’s needs.
Wil is an active member of SIOR and CCIM. Paul serves on the Executive Board of the UNLV Lied Institute of Real Estate Studies and also serves as the Mentorship and Internship Chair. “We are excited to have Paul and Wil join Sun Commercial.
