John Lutkewitte, Troy Meyer, and Kevin Matthews with SVN | Denver Commercial represented the Seller, IDYLLWILD LLC. Charlie Triplett with KW Commercial represented the buyer.
“This was an off-market deal that we were able to get sold during the pandemic. The Buyer was an owner/user who was able to fill the roughly 60% vacancy,” said John Lutkewitte. “It went from contract to close in 60 days.”
