The 15,335 sq. ft. Retail space was sold for $4,020,513. The subject property was repurposed for Caliber Collision, which is the largest collision operator in the US. There was a long term absolute NNN lease in place.
“The successful buyer, out of California, purchase the property as an upleg to a 1031 exchange”, said Kevin Matthews. “They were attracted to the price point, credit of the tenant, and the long term net lease that was in place.”
