15,335 sq. ft. Retail space sells for $4 Million in Broomfield

Broomfield, Colorado SVN | Denver Commercial, one of Colorado’s top producing real estate investment brokerage firms, is pleased to announce the sale of 7005 W. 116th St. in Broomfield. The 15,335 sq. ft. Retail space was sold for $4,020,513.  The subject property was repurposed for Caliber Collision, which is the largest collision operator in the US.  There was a long term absolute NNN lease in place.   

“The successful buyer, out of California, purchase the property as an upleg to a 1031 exchange”, said Kevin Matthews.  “They were attracted to the price point, credit of the tenant, and the long term net lease that was in place.”
