Smith Realty has closed the sale of 3104 N Nevada Ave., a mixed-use restaurant/tap room, industrial warehouse space for $1,880,000. Grant Smith represented both Seller and Buyer in this transaction.
The buyer will operate his existing distillery in the M-1 zoned warehouse space distilling premium tequila, gin, vodka, and other liqueurs. The restaurant and event space will be leased to an established existing Colorado Springs restauraurateur.
3104 N Nevada is located in the north Nevada renewal zone which is being extensive redeveloped and revitialized. Notable developments in the area include the University Village Colorado shopping area, UCCS campus expansion, National Cybersecurity Center, Fillmore Marketplace (Vasa, Hilton, Frontier Cinemas, Rail Yard Gaming and Gastropub).
