WESTMINSTER, February 6, 2020 – AQYRE Real Estate Advisor’s Matt Lewallen has brokered the $2,220,000 sale of Dutch Bros Coffee, a retail shop located near the intersection of I-25 & 136th Avenue. The Cap Rate on this investment purchase was 5%.
