Brandon Gayeski and Robert Edwards, of Blue West Capital, represented the Seller in the transaction; a Colorado-based family office. The purchaser was a Colorado-based investor.
The 8,928 square foot property is leased to A&W Water Service, Inc and sits on 3.84 acres of fully fenced yard. The property is strategically positioned just off the heavily trafficked signalized intersection of U.S. 85 and 14th Street. U.S. 85 is the area’s primary north south throughfare, connecting Denver to Northern Colorado.
A&W Water Service is a subsidiary of Superior Energy Services providing water hauling and sourcing services to oil and gas producers in the Rocky Mountain region. A&W has six locations in Colorado and Wyoming, providing basin-specific water management expertise throughout the lifecycle of the well.
