Blue West Capital Arranges Sale of Trophy Old South Pearl Street Property

DENVER, CO – [August 28, 2020] – Blue West Capital has completed the sale of a trophy value-add property located at 1301 South Pearl Street, Denver, CO for $2,600,000. The property is located at the southwest hard corner of South Pearl Street and East Louisanna Avenue.  This free-standing two-story building consists of 8,468 square feet of gross leasable area and 12,450 square feet of land. This is the second property on historic Old South Pearl Street sold by Blue West Capital within the last three days.  Blue West Capital also sold 1300 South Pearl Street.

Robert Edwards represented the purchaser in the transaction, a repeat Colorado-based real estate developer.  Sanborn and Company represent the seller, Thomas Koehler.  The property was previously occupied by Hanson’s Grill & Tavern, has top floor views of Downtown Denver and the mountains, and is a short walk to the RTD light rail station.
