Capstone has closed the sale of 21 & 33 University Drive, two separate 4-unit multifamily properties for the combined sale price of $940,000.  Jeff Dimmen of Capstone represented the Seller and Lee Wagner of Capstone represented the Buyer on this transaction. 

Both 3,111 square foot properties consist of three 2 bed, 1 bath units and one 1 bed, 1 bath units. The properties also have extra storage units for tenants and ample off-street parking.

21 & 33 University Drive are conveniently located directly off University Drive, between Pikes Peak Avenue and Airport Road. University Drive is located 10 minutes from both Downtown Colorado Springs and the Airport redevelopment.
