Capstone has closed the sale of 2901, 2903, 2915, 2919 Sage Street, 3810 Scott Lane & 1099 Westmoreland Road, a portfolio sale of five 4-unit multifamily properties and one 5-unit multifamily property for the total sale price of $4,150,000.  Patrick Knowlton of Capstone represented the Seller and the Buyer on this transaction.

Most of the properties consist of all 2 bed/1 bath units, 2903 Sage Street, the 5-unit consists of two 3 bed/2 bath units and three 1 bed/1 bath units. All properties are in great condition and are all within minutes of one another making for ease in management capabilities.
